Not eligible for a single star.. I had undergone leg surgery by Dr sasmal, (worst doctor) no clear guidelines by him and his staffs after the surgery. Most nurses are trainees. Again he suggest for 2nd surgery, that too wrong one. Thank god after getting opinions from other doctors, I had gone for the correct surgery in kolkata.. Worst hospital...

The management needs to take care of staffs, especially the person who takes calls. He cannot even speak proper English or Hindi. I don't know what makes him so proud and arrogant. He behaves like they are providing some free service. If the management wants some growth in hospital business, you should immediately sack this fool.

The worst hospital ever. Even the maid had very bad attitude towards the patient. Such a bad experience ever. Please do not take your loved ones there, 90% chances they might not return back. They don't even deserve one star.

Hi this is to make aware to all the people of Siliguri . Please do not visit this hospital in any condition. The management and the people who are at help line desk are horrible. They don't know even how to behave with the pt. They will waste ur time and loot ur money. No proper guidance and care. I wish the hospital get closed and all staff families suffer from the most non cureable diseases of world. Amen.

I wouldn't have even given a star but to write I have to. Talking about the hospital, it is the worst one I've ever seen and witnessed. They are just here to make money nothing else. For a simple surgery of a finger or a thumb they charge 5K and above. Not all, but most of the doctors here are good for nothing. They write unwanted tests and suggests to get it done from Anandaloke Pathology centre itself, otherwise they don't accept it. Every operation/ surgery here comes with a package of their own. This package not even includes medicines. They charge it separately. One of my relatives have undergone surgery for a thumb here. When they asked the reception and billing section, no one knew how much it would cost. They said, you get it done first and then we'll let you know. And after it was done, they were compelled to pay whatever was asked otherwise hospital authority don't relieve your patient. There are more things to write down but I'm cutting it short. Hope it reaches everyone. This is what I felt with organisation/ hospital and hope you guys don't.
