Had been to Ashwin wadi, picnic organised by a larger association. experience was pretty decent. However when I approached the management for a private booking of 15 persons, the lady on the phone had excellent grooming of customer relations. Spoke politely and gave the best deal possible. Even the helper at the reception, was polite. I went personally to pay the advance, when I had to speak to some person Raj over the phone . He was terribly rude. Made me a customer feel like I was a beggar. He sniggered and snorted that, they don't give rooms in charity to groups of 15 persons. He just talked over the customer. Possibly he is the owner, and feels he had the right to talk to people that way. Management of Ashwin Wadi goes back on their word. Smaller groups need to be careful. Atrocious behaviour. of Raj . Staff is polite

Lacked heaters in the bathrooms, food was not tasting fresh and was not very tasty. Upkeep was fine more or less. Water kept running out. Rooms are fitted with good air conditionera. Low lighting in rooms, a little too low.

Good place to visit with friends and chill. They have got a good medium size pool and also a small garden to chill around. The services are nice and the food provided is also good😋 They play Bollywood songs and there is a place around the pool to dance. The owner and people in the resort are very helpful and kind. Overall the resort is very nice and a place to chill.
