Bunch of corrupt people ! Vehicle towing people at chowki will give u an option to pay 200 cash without fine payment slip or pay 300 and get the slip. Most of the times they will ask you to pay for towing fee even if they have not taken the vehicle out till chowki instead of asking to pay the fine for parking the vehicle in NO Parking. It's quite clear that they have their vested interest in towing company.
