Positives: extremely professional receptionist/admin on first desk, doctor is patient to explain things. Negatives: everything else. False attitude of most nurses portraying to b professionals.( they were gossiping, telling an old village guy how they put drops for free, etc), Overpriced. Staff was unnecessarily rude,acting like they r doing favors to us not their job. 2 stars only for the management skills of admin. Still i hope it improves over time, with trained professional.

Last year ...I purchased contact lens for myself of approx 1500 rs. Dr Abhay Pandey of Chitrakoot fooled my by giving poor quality lens coz of which one lens was showing blur vision. Also when i asked them they said its not our fault,its the falt of your eyes....
