Superb hotel with top class service and hospitality. I’ve stayed at so many top hotels all over but this one stands out for its class and service in particular; we have had wonderful experiences each and every time.

One of the most beautiful and rich in heritage hotels I've been. Very traditional British architecture with rich British ambience and world class staff. I've traveled around the globe and seen 5* or 7* hotels but the service what you kat experience in this hotel sets it completely apart. A truly Oberoi class i must say. Food quality is excellent and reasonable. Location is what you can dream of , just on Mall road but with no fuss of crowd. A must stay if your visiting shimla for vacation anytime during the year. I would say this is a boutique hotel with some 35 odd rooms.

One of the best hospitality experience we could ever get. The hotel is warm, the staff is courterous and takes care of your needs and requirements meticulously. We had a two nights stay in the hotel. It snowed the day we arrived. We were welcomed by hot water bags in our beds and heaters already on in our rooms. They topped it up with a welcome note and a dessert as well. The breakfast experiences and the ins and outs of the hotel would always be memorable. Keep up the amazing hospitality!

I am a resident of shimla and today visited Clarkes for a casual lunch with my parents and I am very much pleased with their hospitality and behaviour. The dinning experience was also nice .I specially liked their Nasi Goreng which the eminent chief informed us is an Indonesian fried rice . Their dessert collection is also worth mentioning and since my mother and I have a sweet tooth we ended up having warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream that was also worth trying. Overall a warm and wonderful experience. Looking forward to dine here once again🙂
