It started from a bakery house and now they are a chain of coffee n bakery shops. As per my knowledge cookies owner first brought the coffee culture to bhubaneswar. They serve good quality bakery products and are a favourite for bbsr people.

The food there is refrigerated. They don't get stocks daily. So it is not at all fresh. I've seen them keeping the left stock back into the refrigerator before closing. Taste is good. But not at all an option for health conscious people or rather not at all hygienic. Being such a big franchise atleast this is not expected. Customers don't only pay for taste, the food should be fresh. And here my friend, you'll have to compromise with that. They serve pretty tasty food. But the one and only problem is it's freshness. I don't know about others but I personally didn't like the place. And I would try not to visit again in this life. It should rather be shut down by government. I was really shocked looking at the left stock. I mean you can't do that. It's not at all to be refrigerated and served. Really annoying.

Actually one there customer has written in review that they are refrigerating the food. I just want to say him was he eating the left food? Yes or no. They are keeping food in refrigerator and throwing it next morning. Please don't do like this. It is an insult to the shop. And why to take the name of the franchise. And what he was saying about freshness I think he had never visited other bakery shops. Here they they don't keep cakes and if anyone orders a cake they quickly rush to the factory and bring a totally fresh cake. But in other bakeries they keep cakes for 2 to 3 days and sell them.
