Absolute headache for NRE account holders. They will freeze your account every few months and demand documents which they already have. If you value your time, bank anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to reach the branch manager since a while and Can never get through . My sister and I have been working with a bank employee Manish to get our money and we have been harassed for more than 4 months. The bank erroneously deducted money from my account (I still have no clarity on the actual reason for deductions) and after acknowledging their mistake they have just been unavailable. Multiple phone calls made to the bank have gone unheard. The employees keep redirecting the phone to each other and pretend to be supervisors trying to “solve” our problem but no one has gotten back to us with a single written confirmation even after multiple requests were made. My sister and I have made visits and they have just delayed the process every single time with some or the other excuse. Please NEVER INVEST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BANK.
