This is an average massage centre with some good looking local and NE staff. The place itself is not very good. There’s no aroma or music and the ambience is noisy. Shower is also unhygienic so I did not use it. There were no dim lights either. However their NE staff is trained and gives very good massage along with reasonably prices extra services. You pay ₹1000 for a very nice aroma massage of 45 mins and on top of that you pay for extra services starting ₹1000. I had a great experience there with the NE staff. Verdict- Must visit for a decent massage and extra services. However, the facility is not very professional and rooms are not clean and well maintained. Avoid if you’re looking for a professional massage.

Extremely bad experience. Booked a massage for my mother this morning (on her bday). The appointment was at 12 and no person was there till 12:20 and massage finally started 30 minutes later. There was no hot water for the shower, no steam (supposedly as the electricity was gone in the mall - but malls have 100% backup, so didn't understand this?). My mother is older so she had some issues with climbing onto the table as she felt it was too high and same w/ the shower step - these may be specific to her due to age. But aside from this - there was a lot of delay in starting, and while I paid for steam, there was no steam and she got into a freezing cold shower and then came out and had to wait 20 minutes for warm water...also the steam was in a separate area, where you have to go with a towel wrapped after your massage and come back thru the lobby to your room .. totally visible to people waiting in the lobby - crazy! also there was no shower cap available..the manager also tried to help, but w/ cold water, etc there was no point. Atrocious experience, while expecting a good experience especially on her bday....I do not recommend this place at all and really wonder if the other reviews posted on the site are for real!
