Its in Dahisar. Not too long from dahisar station but take auto. Still need to improve on so many things. So much paper work. It will take your hole day for anything. No one give you exact answer of your query rather than Agents over there which takes your money. All required forms available near xerox shop. Premises is not clean at all may be because of some construction work.

Awesome Government Office. Infested with tauts which are loved by the office staff as ordinary folks like us are treated as a big burden. If you ask the same thing twice they start yelling at you. When you ask for a printed list of documents required so that you don't have to ask twice they don't even understand that people tend to forget or unable to grasp verbal list in one go. Please note that this is NOT A SINGLE WINDOW CLEARING OFFICE they will make you run around from counter to counter. Lastly payments are all online and once you make online payment carry the print out else they will not process your request! All the best and plan for wasting the whole day even for the smallest of works

Make the most of digitization of Govt offices (3 stars due to this) - 1) People need to convert their licence to digital before accessing any new service. 2) After this all services can be accessed online. 3) You need to follow online instructions carefully so that application does not get rejected for minor issues. 5) Apply in advance for any services so that internal delays will not force you to use an agent. 6) Once your application is online, the officers will have to provide solution within internal timeframes. Otherwise it would become an open case for them. At Dahisar RTO, most windows have specific opening times. If you don't want to waste the day, try your visit between 10.30 am to 1.30 pm, or consult a person who knows window opening times for specific services. Officers may come late. If document verification by officer required, come prepared to wait. Agents may not be able to help in circumventing this. Medical certificate can be provided by doctors sitting opposite to this office. Open on Saturdays EXCEPT 2nd and 4th Saturday.

So i have seen a lot of people talking about how pathetic the RTO is but trust me it isn't. Make sure you have all your documents which includes Aadhaar, Passport, Voting ID, Electricity Bill. Etc with at least 1 copies for each. People keep blaming the RTO but they wont see the fact they don't have the necessary documents + I saw Zero Corrupted officers. The staff there was ready to help for whatever I wanted (PS: Me kisi Neta Ka Beta hu nai)
