This hotel available centre of town. It has a narrow road to reach this hotel. Room very clean and staff service is very good. I enjoyed morning breakfast over there. Budget-friendly room for a couple. Hotel parking area not big. Hotel building very old. Overall good experience.

It is in centre of town.very near to rose garden...it has a narrow road that leads to hotel..that has limited parking. Staffs are very friendly and excellent. .lift was not there when we took room at 3rd floor..not a luxury hotel but a budget value hotel. Rooms are bit dusty and the carpet too...there is a tea maker set .hot water Nd room dining service..low lighting in stairs. Free breakfast is limited but clean and tasty...overall good if you are on a budget travel...

The location of the hotel is very far from the ooty lake... Most of all we had booked a deluxe double bed room... Which is in the back side of the hotel. And the rooms are very cool, no sunlight enter inside the room. The bed linen is not so clean... Food is average... A very bad experience...worst hotel I have ever seen

I have never been to a hotel this bad. In a hill station at a temperature of 12 degree they don't provide hot water (not always). Rooms are very small. There is no window in bathroom not even an exhaust fan. And the room servicemen steals things. WORST HOTEL EVER.

I would say I gave one star only for the service, but for hotel I would give no stars. The first day we entered to the room, we felt like the travel got spoiled. It's a hotel of 1star rating but 4star employees who are really helpful and polite. Pleas don't go by the fancy photos they have Posted online, we had booked deluxe room , which was very clumsy. Not clean. Stains over the pilow cover and bedsheets. Very old building, the walls are also having stains. No ventilation, no views as shown in pic. You can't even open the windows of u r on first floor. On 2nd floor u can open the windows but it is just next to the road so you will hear noises. If you are searching for a good hotel then please don't go with this one. It is very near to the rose garden, walkable distance (not by Google map, better to ask peoples to get guidance on the route) They provide hot water morning and evening 7-10 . 2,3 items in breakfast including bread . Price wise their is no match of the hotel. Still I would like to add it again that the staffs were very nice and polite.
