Doctor is good but management of clinic is very-very poor.

Doctor is really good however place is little far from the main city. Better if you go by ur own car or hoteliers car

Long queues, better come around 9 for registration of name.

Doctor is good...but if your kid is suffering from some decease or required urgent treatment...then don't expect anything that they will provide immediate service... You can choose this clinic if you are jobless and you don't have any work to do. Because here you have to stand in que for atleast 1.5 hour in morning. Then they will provide you a token and then you have to wait for another 2.5 hours for your turn. So for no reason you have to waste 5-6 hours which is not possible with a small kid. This is a pathetic system like government hospital. In these days when everything can be booked on one call...they are wasting time unnecessarily of other people. Also attitude of staff is not good. You have to waste 2 hours in que to take appointment which can be done with simple 20 second with call these days. Which shows service is not good. There are other doctors which are equally good.

My sincere thanks to one of the best doctor in Shimla. Doctors are always busy and in a hurry, but whenever I visit your clinic you give your sincere and undivided attention. Having an appointment is always worth the visit. Medicines are just instrument to heal a person, but the comforting words of a doctor do a great job in healing one’s spirit. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a professional and kind doctor. The care that I receive each time during consultation is amazing. Thank You!!
