Hotel Landmark shimla

Terrible experience 1. Worst customer service ever. Staff got too much attitude.they are not well trained for customer service. 2. Rooms are not the same shown in the pics online. Even the washrooms are so smelly and dirty. 3 food quality is not good at all. They served the stale breakfast. I got food poisoning after having their breakfast. 4 there is no back up plan for electricity. 5 there was no heater provided in the cold weather Honestly I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Superb hotel, superb location. Staff was very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was good, though there is room (pun unintended) for improvement. Room service and House keeping was great. Rooms were clean and well kept. Bathroom was nice and tidy. Reception staff was rigid with rules and wasn't cooperative for emergency extension of stay. Apart from this hiccup, had a really nice time. Look for rooms at higher floors for better view. View from 1st floor was just okay.

Hotel Landmark is located just opposite to AG Office in Shimla of Himachal Pradesh. It has an elevator access to Mall road and is located on western end of Mall road/Ridge. The hotel is best in class available in Shimla with lots of facilities. Centrally heated, ample parking, awesome valley view rooms, cordial staffs, 24 hrs surveillance and customer care, bar, restaurant etc makes it a travellers paradise. Room service starts at 7 AM and ends in 11 PM. Wonderful place to be.

An awesome and peaceful stay at shimla with real good views. Loved the breakfast and service provided by hotel staff. Really a 5 star hotel. They have this beautiful park (though it is a municipal park) but i reallye enjoyed the views and their connectivity to mall road is really a plus point. You avoid lot of city traffic and still living right near to the mall.road.

Good rooms with scenic view..staff and service is extremely good.. Loved food quality, taste and have enough options for breakfast. It’s 10 to 12 mins walk to reach Mall Road Ridge. I would recommend to all and would visit here again if I visit Shimla.
