Sharing a terrible experience we had.. my husband stayed in this hotel while he went for a business

1/ 5

Sharing a terrible experience we had.. my husband stayed in this hotel while he went for a business trip in Jalgaon. After an overnight bus travel he checked in this hotel. The rooms here are very average. After a while my husband asked for a toothpaste..so a waitor knocked his door to give the toothpaste. The waitor offered him a complimentary head massage..when my husband asked the reason, he said that for early check ins the hotel offers complimentary head massage. My husband agreed to it. Once the waitor left from the room my husband realised that his gold chain along with the pendant was Missing from his neck. He immediately approached the reception and but the guy in the reception was trying to safeguard the waitor. In the meantime, the waitor left for the day and we lost our belonging. My husband did a police complaint in the Jalgaon police station..and the police assured they will help us to find the chain...but we all must be knowing that this is not possible. I am writing this long post to inform everyone around to be careful of this hotel and thier staffs. Later from the police we got to know there are also some other illegal activities which keeps on happening in this hotel and they get complaints and very few get recorded. Guys, please stay away from this hotel and the authorities are not at all concerned about the security and safety of thier guests which should be the first priority in any hotel. Stay safe!!
