We tried to make a booking in one of their hotels using the coupons This was very bad experience as having to call the hotel or HCD concierge, again and again!! Without proper response, we feel it was the hotel management who don't want to provide a Room for their members So finally it was told that Complementary room has a quota of 5%!!?? At the time of selling the membership they should have told us that we have a better shot at winning a lottery than getting a booking. So we were shut out with no service So my recommendation is buy the membership for dining experience and Do not hope to avail any of the room coupons easily ..
