5/ 5

The place is neat and clean for a tent stay in between tea plantations. The view is great around here. The tents and beddings provided are clean and warm. The place has great hosts. Both the managers were great and were quite polite and professional. The caretaker would personally take care of everyone.

In reply to your earlier reply. For more details please refer my earlier post. 1. Should I post here the receipt of your mail confirmation saying booking of Swiss tent? 2. Should I post the receipt of the amount paid at around 7 PM. if 4PM was the last time why did you accept the amount after the time had expired for checkin. 3. We were six and not eight and had booked 3 tents. You don't even have information about your customer who faced trouble due to your inefficient system. 4, Should I post photographs of your so called resort. 5. We walked for 1km on steep slope with family and luggage as the road is closed. This shows your empathy towards the customer. Readers please be aware of this kind of fake resorts and their fake services.

We booked swiss tent and at end moment they called and told us there is no tent left so they have booked dome tent. It was like kids tent house,no blankets, you have to sleep on ground on very thin mattress made of clothes. Two people can never get into that it so small. Please dont book this dirty place, people don’t know how to talk and behave. Please avoid its really bad. You might get animal anytime there
