The parcel is not out for deliver at door.....and the tracking showing that the door is closed at delivery address. But no one is there to deliver my parcel...

They call it as head office as it serves to provides all postal & banking services to the public but the service level is really poor. Imagine, I spent nearly 2.5 hour in queue to simply book a document through speedpost. Even after repeated request, no alternate arrangement to open another window to reduce down the long queue was provided by post office. Furthemore, in a scorching summer heat, only a single ceiling fan was functional which depicts the actual picture of Head office. Whereas, premises like this must project an ideal image for the other branches to follow. The post office staff were simply busy doing their own job. No one at post office was really interested or ready to listen or resolve the demand of time. Such a low standard of postal and banking services is unexpected from Head office.
