Service levels have fallen down over the years. I had bought a Tissot watch from here few years ago and I went for servicing the same watch very recently. Although the service guy was friendly, the manager (not sure if he is the owner) was very unfriendly & arrogant to me and my brother when we tried to talk about the prices. Needless to say, I will never go here again! I do not recommend.

Really poor service. This was once a reputed place, not anymore. Went twice and had such a terrible experience. Really makes you wonder if the management is at all interested in customer satisfaction. Seems like the staff is let loose or not adequately taken care of, no other reason as to why the staff could care less about their customers.

I had to face horrible service from them few months back. I had bought a Seiko clock for Rs 3000+ from this shop, and it didn't run for a single day. First they replaced the mechanism from a different clock and gave it back, which also did not work after one day. I demand the money back which they were not ready to, and behaved in a rude manner to me. Finally I had to send a notice before complaining to the consumer court, and dealt with the Seiko company representative directly to get it replaced.
