Horrible staff. Apple is let down in India by its poor sales partners like Maple. 1) The staff keep fighting and yelling amongst themselves that too in vernacular making it feel as if you have come to some local flea store. 2) The sales counter is very slow and inefficient. 3) I went in to buy the 11 pro max. Was thoroughly disappointed with the staff. Walked out and bought the phone from a neighbouring store! I have been to several apple stores across the US, being na apple user right since the first iPhone. No doubt apple is a great company and it's stores internationally are a delight to visit. But in India, especially Maple, you are better off giving it a skip.

Horrible, inefficient and rude staff. Token system was not working. They call us to collect the phone and we still had to wait 1 hour just to collect a phone. It took them 10 seconds to give us the phone back after waiting an hour. Horrible.
