I went to purchase a Samsung Printer ML1710 original Toner to microsolution infoshop, but they did not have original toner so they suggested me to purchase a same duplicate toner for my printer. i purchased it and they said to me that if toner will not work, bring back to us we will take it. After that i started to use that toner in my printer but it was not compatible for my printer and it is not able to properly adjust in printer. I went again to mircosolution infoshop to return this duplicate product but they refused to take it back. and now they are not even picking up my phone calls. I do not want to happen this thing to any one what they have done to me. Just ignore microsolution infoshop to purchase any computer related hardware or any thing.
