Most of the time the chef is right here, greeting the costumers, so you can make personal request, like tourist friendly food, low in spices. Here my husband and I learned that even if you ask a dish for yourself, it will be placed in the center, with a separate dish for you to serve. Actually, it´s always a good idea to share your Indian food, because the flavors are intense. We also learned that mixing your food with yoghurt or raita makes it easier on your stomach. The waiters are very attentive, maybe even too much, at the expense of your privacy. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable, but the food is very tasty
