Very nice location. There's no fan or ac in the room - and it's not needed either because it's alway

Very nice location. There's no fan or ac in the room - and it's not needed either because it's always cold. The hotel is present 200 m away from the bus stand and 500 m away from the railway station. Very convenient location and the scenery from the hotel is amazing. The staff is also good.

Pathetic experience, no amenities nothing. I felt rooms are costlier than what they are offering along. There is no garden view at all as the name suggests. We were ready to pay extra for deluxe rooms but there were absolutely no difference in the rooms just the color and floor. Trust me go anywhere but not this place. We chose this place as it was closer to all the scenic beauties but Ooty itself is very beautiful, you can explore by yourself no need to just go to tourist places so you can stay where ever you want. Don't choose this place. Foods and everything is very bad. They will charge more than triple for any liquor.

Clean room, polite staff. Hot water is only available from 7-10am which is a bit annoying, but also clearly advertised. One of the days we were there the hot water was broken, so the staff filled buckets with hot water from elsewhere. Can definitely recommend.
