Counter PAs mainly in SB branch are lazy and donot give good and speedy service. They are busy with their own activities like mobile phone, talking with other staffs mainly those coming from other postal offices,etc. If they dont have enough money for withdrawals from ac , they will not even try to take the deposits from the customers who came for depositing.They like seeing customers waiting in counter.

Very pathetic service. I should rate them in minus. Only one counter for speed post. That too filled with people having thousand things to post. If someone wants to post just a single letter or two, then waiting time of one hour is minimum. Cant they make separate counters for business mails and personal mails. Disgusting.
