I had been doing workout for last 4 years. This is the second oldest gym in trivandrum. Equipment are mix of old and new, but i could say that admission and monthly fee is pocket friendly. For this reason, it is quite crowded with people and mostly youngsters.

Worst gym I have ever gone, the equipments are like 100 cm apart, you will feel lack of oxygen at times because of abundance of people in such a small place. The timings are also not very convenient for shift job people. Worst thing is the trainer, his behaviour was very unprofessional, have gone to many other gyms and they have never promoted artificial protien and intake for muscle growth, but this gym itself sells those things. Awkward
