5/ 5

Filled with small scale businesses on the insides. Has several Stationary shops facing the road. Also many cyber cafes and electronic (computer and mobile) related services. On the upper floors it's filled with too many educational institutions (classes and tuitions) which provide coaching for almost all levels (schools to junior colleges to degree and engineering colleges, and also for competitive exams). It also has hotels, restaurants, bars, lodges and fast food shops facing the station road.

4/ 5

The biggest and most busiest shopping area mainly the stationary and xeroxes and etc... The building is very great in terms of length also it is 3 floored. Not only shopping center but also a hub of many educational centres. Mira Road Railway station is too situated at back and side of it. The good thing about it is that there are n numbers of stationary and xeroxes shops.😃
