I walked into this store because the decor seemed impressive, and upon entering, I was confronted with a terrible experience. I stood there and listened to someone scream at and completely humiliate an elderly woman. The elderly woman was the cleaning lady, and the person screaming at her was a girl probably no more than 25 years old. She snapped and yelled at her front of me telling “never to talk back to her in front of customers” ironically. Then 5 minutes later behind a closed door just at the back of the showroom, I listened for almost 2 minutes while the young girl screamed at her at the top of her lungs. I complained to the manager who didn’t seem to be bothered one bit. I then insisted that I speak to the owner, Mr. Anand, who I then described all of this to on the phone. The young girl came to me and apologized and then justified her actions saying the elderly woman was rude to her. I explained that she should apologize to the elderly woman and not to me and should be ashamed of herself as no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner much less someone 3 times her age. I will not go back to this store again.

They are not bothered about customers. More interested in talking on the phone than talking to customers. One can look at their products online than visiting the shop
