Had my RE350 serviced, the staff is efficient, trained and polite. The staff advised reasonable regarding various processes. The place requires a bigger customer area since the present customer lounge gets crowded with helmets bags and limited sitting space. Overall satisfaction for the service work.

Poor Management, acts of dealer is degrading the value of incorporated companies. Ground staff is quite good and efficient, lack of professionalism is with managerial staff, they can't even follow business norms. Had a worst experience.
