Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Do NOT go with this company; not sure what kind of business this company's owner is running but he clearly does not understand the concept of common decency and customer service. He cursed and verbally abused my mum; when she asked him to stop and asked if this is how he spoke with his parents, he just yelled back saying his parents were dead and he didn't care. We called him a few times to discuss the issue at hand and he yelled at everyone, finally forcibly kicking a party of 17 people off the bus onto the side of a random road, in the middle of nowhere. He demanded to be paid upfront before we even reached our first destination, even though we had paid for the diesel and gave some money to the driver. Partly through the argument, it was obvious that it was all about the money and there was no "comfort" intended for the clients; he was asked to stop at the side of the road to wait while a married couple from the passengers went to visit the temple for the first time after their wedding and he made a big deal about the parking, saying he could not just stand by the road. Instead of being accommodating and driving around, he initiated the argument with the owner and us, stopped the bus by the side of the road and left (EXACTLY what he said he couldn't do) The driver called the owner and made comments about the passengers' ethnicity (there were foreigners on the bus); everyone in this world should treated equally, foreigner or not. The foreigners were appalled by this, they said they would never come back to India after this childish and ridiculous experience. No wonder India is still developing and not at par with the likes of European and North American countries; when people are treated like this, we have no one to blame but people like the owner of Comfort Travels. Thank you, sir, for this horrible experience, you have shown foreigners and Indians alike how your company misuses the term COMFORT.

Professional service and clean car. We will use them every time we visit Mumbai/India. Hassle free reservation and settlement at the end of the day - which isn’t very common in the car rental service business!

If you want to spoil your day do call them. The owner is rude, arrogant and has no sense of how to talk or treat the customer. I thought I was at fault but I was wrong when I went through the reviews. There is no option to upload voice recordings or else I would have done that. Now even if he provides 5star services he will never be recommended or suggested. Also got to know that he is a worst service provider. There is no Comfort if you deal with Comfort Travels.
