They have no concept of service.. Everybody here is so rude and discourteous.. Just one not so clean towel is provided to be used as hand towel, face napkin and bath towel.. Bath mats (2) so horribly dirty. Asked the front office to change. They said they'll do it. But was not done. Breakfast today was again extremely a sad experience.. Will prefer never to stay here again. Hardly any hot water in the bath..

I just loved this place. I booked a table for a candle light dinner for my wife and myself. The staffs are amazing, they cooperated with the best possible way. Even they clicked our photo to keep the moment captured and sent those later on. You have ample space for parking. Easy connectivity for transportation. A must visit place in Durgapur.

Bathroom not cleaned. Fungus found on the wall tiles. No toiletries provided. Bath towels are not clean...asked the front desk to provide fresh one but in vain. Hot water was not available. Moreover bed is making noise. Room was not air proof. Lobby was good, dinning room is OK. Breakfast variety need to be more of North Indian cousin.
