I am a regular customer (servicing) of Jeet tvs since last four years. The horrible and bad service I never got. First of all your new service staffs behavior is not customer friendly. In 11/11/2019 I booked my service and go there at 9.30 am but till 12.00 pm no work done on my bike . When I asked to do he said don't bother I get my bike schedule time which was 1.00 pm. But I get back my bike at after 2.00 pm. Not only that they are only trying to force me to change sparts. No service manager wasn't present there. Also the cleaning quality was too bad. A I asked them about cleaning but all are they irresponsible. I fill feed back from but I know nothing will change.

Bike sarving is very good. Only for tvs bike.

Very poor service and horrible servicing. Everytime they have excuses. Even after service for wash n polish, we have to wait for hours. For polish only. And also have to go by self to another shop located near Godown. N request the boys to do so..... It takes around 6 hours ...Almost all day for general bike servicing

Service was good. And staff was well experienced. Good service centre for tvs.
