I doubt they have a system, because the employees themselves makes rules and play counter counter with their customers. The manager is not in the bank and the staff is just enjoying their own gala time, there is no way of attending customers or speaking to them. Why do you'll even give token Number while withdrawing cash when you'll don't call it out. Make a system which will help people and not a system which give problems to your own customer's.
