Worst behaviour of the staff who receives call for appointment. Rude behaviour, she does not gives the full information and then disconnects the call when asked. I wanted to know more about the location or the timeing of appointment but she disconnected the cal without listening to my whole question. she only said 7:30 am. What m i suppose to understand by 7:30 am. We respect the staff of the hospitial or clinics so same respect we accept from ur side too.

One 🌟 only for staffs and management system. I had to come here from Nepal, the first time when we had done all the tests, we waited 5-6 hours to get the reports, meanwhile we kep on asking the staffs they kept replying it will be soon. Finally when I entered the lab I found out the machine was broken! Had the staff told about it earlier we would not miss our bus back home. Second time Afte, 15 days as we were prepared for our appointment and consultation with doctor, we came one day earlier to collect our report which we couldn't do the last time. The next day as we were prepared to see the doctor, our bad day, we were told that all the doctors are on strike. ☹️😱😠. Had we been told about it by the staffs earlier....rest you know.
