Worst service the price is in sticker is different and then they are telling old offer now price is different after select the size they are changing the price staff r not interested to attend the customer it's look like self service bad experiences in such branded showroom

We are from Coimbatore and stayed at Club Mahindra Ooty. Wanted to buy 2 slippers for my daughter's.

We are from Coimbatore and stayed at Club Mahindra Ooty. Wanted to buy 2 slippers for my daughter's. Both staff at Woodlands showroom Ooty din't even greet us and enquired what we wanted. Point 1. Point 2 was when we asked about the quantity of new arrivals, their answer was new arrivals din't had discounts. Both the points show the staff din't have the basic attitude to sell. Was furious and came out without buying what we wanted. If we hadn't come out, they might have booted us out. Made a complaint to the Area manager sitting at coimbatore via phone. We are from Coimbatore and a regular customer of Woodlands. But was deeply hurt. Congrats Woodlands.
