I think this is one of the worst experiences we had ever in our life. We went for a couple spa after a 2 days trek Stating few facts confirmed by the management (Call recordings available) Viswaroop, Jaya, Rajat 1. There is no differnece in technique in any of the Spas as stated by therapists 2. Therapists take more sessions than required and get tired due to which they forgot to ask for tea or foot cleaning in the beginning 3. They will keep putting oil and when ask to apply more pressure- they start massaging using foot. 4. Rate cards are equivalnet to any other 5 star hotel but services are worse than any local spa centers 5. No stretching massage at the end of spa 6. No head spa included 7. Till date no invoice has been shared. They took a booking for 9 pm slot but noone other than the therapists were available who took 3-4 breaks to attend walkin customers. Therapists collected the money and we kept waiting for more than 20 mins and the reply was "we do not provide bill" Proof - on that day billing system was not even properly closed I am more shocked that Hilton group supports such unprofessional spa centres and even at escalation has no control. I would sincerely request to visit Vivanta by Taj, Jaypee Greens (the best), Radisson for an unforgettable experience at a similar cost rather than trying these services. If you think, above experience is a one-off, please try at your own risk. After all, it is your money.
